※大雪、台風などの天候状況により、運送に遅れが生じる可能性がございます。遅れの状況は、発送連
絡メールの伝票番号を使って運送会社にお問い合せ頂くか、当店までお問い合わせください。

Delivery date
In the case of bank transfer or payment at a convenience store, the order will be shipped
within 3 business days from the next business day after the date of payment confirmation.
In the case of credit card and cash on delivery, the order will be shipped within 3 business
days from the next business day after the order date.
*Transportation may be delayed due to weather conditions such as heavy snowfall or
typhoons. Please contact the shipping company using the tracking number in the shipping
notification e-mail or contact our store to inquire about the delay.

返品について

お客様の都合による返品は、商品到着日より7日以内であり、商品未使用の場合に限りお受けいたしま
す。まずはメールでご連絡をお願いいたします。この期間を過ぎた場合、返品はお受けできなくなりま
すので、あらかじめご了承ください。
